A QR Code Photo Game for Weddings, Parties and Events

Done-for-you QR code guest photo game for weddings and events, with private gallery and printed table cards available

Give your guests something fun to do, without adding awkward icebreakers, disposable cameras or another app they need to download.

Photo Quest is a simple QR code photo game for weddings and events. Guests scan a QR code from their table or event sign, receive three random photo prompts, then upload their photos to a private event gallery.

It is an easy way to capture the moments you might otherwise miss. The laughing table, the dance floor chaos, the little details, the funny behind-the-scenes moments and the guest’s-eye view of the day.

How does it work?

How the QR Code Game Works

Each event is given its own private gallery and set of QR codes. These can be created for the whole event or for individual tables.

Guests simply:

  1. Scan the QR code
  2. Receive three random photo prompts
  3. Take photos on their phone
  4. Upload them to the private gallery

There is no app to install and no account needed. Everything works through a normal phone browser.

Perfect for Wedding Guests

If you are looking for wedding guest games that feel natural, easy and modern, this is a simple way to get everyone involved.

Instead of leaving cameras on tables and hoping they get used, guests are given fun little photo challenges throughout the day. It gives them a reason to interact, take photos and capture the wedding from their own point of view.

Example wedding photo prompts include:

  • Take a photo of someone laughing
  • Capture the best dance move
  • Take a photo with someone from another table
  • Capture a detail the couple might have missed

Disposable cameras can be fun, but they come with a few problems. You have to buy them, collect them, get the images developed, and hope the photos are usable.

A QR code photo game gives you a similar guest-led experience, but with less hassle.

Guests use their own phones, photos are uploaded digitally, and you can view them in a private online gallery. You can also download the images afterwards, making it much easier to save, share or add them to your own collection.
