How quickly will you reply?
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours (often sooner). If you haven’t heard back, feel free to check your spam folder or send a follow-up message.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, I’d recommend getting in touch as early as possible, especially for peak dates between May and September. That said, it’s always worth asking — I occasionally have last-minute availability.
Do you travel for weddings and sessions?
Yes — I’m based in Mid Wales and regularly cover Powys, Llandrindod Wells, Herefordshire and Shropshire, but I’m happy to travel across Wales and the UK.
Can we meet before booking?
Absolutely. We can arrange a call or a relaxed chat to go through your plans, answer any questions, and make sure I’m the right fit for you.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
If possible, include your date, location, and the type of session you’re interested in. For weddings, it’s helpful to know your venue and approximate timings.
Do you offer flexible or ‘pay what you can’ options?
Yes — I offer a limited number of “Pay What You Can” sessions and weddings. If this is something you’re interested in, just mention it in your message and I’ll send over more details.
What happens after we get in touch?
I’ll check availability, send over relevant information, and we can chat through everything. If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll guide you through the booking process step by step.
